Baz and Fred have been making pizzas since 2012. Championing both the revolutionary Chadwick pizza oven and the rotating wood-fired oven, they spin the most delectable dough and cook their pizzas to perfection

 
 
 
 
 

TOOLS OF THE TRADE

DOUGH

Our dough is freshly made for every event. We use the finest specialist pizza flour sourced from Italy. We hand make each batch using fresh yeast, then we prove the dough for 72 hours before spinning it into a pizza base ready for the oven.


TOMATO

We use the best available Italian tomatoes for our pizza base. Nothing beats the taste of the sun!


TOPPINGS

We source most of our ingredients - including prosciutto, nduja, tomato, mozzarella and chorizo from Italy and Spain. When Italian ingredients aren't appropriate we go local – and we simply buy the best.


OVEN

We stone bake the pizza in 4 minutes to cook the perfect, fluffy, crispy crust - we believe the best in the business!
